Komisariati Dixhital - Encouraging Citizen Participation in Social Security and Law Enforcement
Komisariati Dixhital is an Android application developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs to encourage citizen participation in improving social security, combating corruption and enforcing the law. The app helps the state police to detect and deal with issues and cases they face in their daily work. In this application, users can report issues and cases, and the app provides instant publication of the reports and corresponding actions taken by the police.
The app is designed in compliance with the laws in force for the protection of personal data. Users can choose to remain anonymous. The app was created with funding and expertise from the Vodafone Albania Foundation, in partnership with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Protik, and Almotech. Komisariati Dixhital is a powerful tool that supports citizens in making their communities a safer and better place to live.
